Personally I enjoy the whole grab-bag-mystery-box-never-know-what-you're-gonna-get aspect of this blog so there's no rush on my end, just tossing suggestions.

I think Black Sunday's ripe for a remake, especially since the movie we've got doesn't really payoff its "the Goodyear blimp is going to crash into the Superbowl!" hook too well, and I think we finally have enough distance from both it and 9/11 that people won't be instantly put off by the concept.

More on-topic (can you tell I've never seen The Hindenburg? but this review makes me interested), every few years the stray thought occurs to me, "Why in the world didn't somebody try ripping off Titanic by doing the same thing with The Hindenburg it's the most obvious thing in the world" and a second later I'll remind myself, "oh yeah, Nazis."Dafnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4633480297352890314.post-6313886962862567572024-03-18T16:36:09.795-11:002024-03-18T16:36:09.795-11:00Never say never. I don't know if 2024 would amount to the best or worst timing to cover Black Sunday, however. if I ever get around to Japan Sinks and Bullet Train, which I should at some point (I bought a dang blu-ray of Bullet Train), it could be in the offing.Hunter Allenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10925220178171355473noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4633480297352890314.post-5212873368143703482024-03-17T01:49:05.458-11:002024-03-17T01:49:05.458-11:00"someone could conceivably point to Black Sun..."someone could conceivably point to Black Sunday."

Well now that you mention it, it would be pretty cool to see a Black Sunday review here! :)Dafnoreply@blogger.com
